The Reality of Living Here
Both our Carbondale and Edwards offices are located in the Central Colorado Rocky Mountain region, which is known for its famous skiing, biking, hiking, camping, fishing, and other outdoor activities. Accordingly, this area is a highly attractive place to settle long term, and consequently is an expensive place to live. Housing is hard to find, living expenses are high, community populations are small, and there is a general lack of what many would consider big-city conveniences. Candidates for this job will need to commit to living here. For those who prioritize the outdoors, recreation, small-town mountain living, and a challenging but rewarding professional life, this job may appeal and be the right fit for you but it is not for everybody. Before applying take mental stock that this community will be the right long term fit for you.
