Support Portal

We recently switched support portals where you can view and manage support requests. If this is your first time accessing our new support portal but you had an account at our old one, click the Sign In button and then the Forgot Password option to activate your account. If this is the first time you are accessing our support portal or your old account is not recognized, click the Sign Up button to create an account. Alternatively, if you have a Microsoft Office 365 or Google account you can sign in with those using the respective button on the login page and Single Sign On (SSO).
